How is long is the ordering processing time?

We will process your orders immediately upon receiving it on the website. We have a cut off time of XX:XX and any orders beyond that will be processed the next day. Please note that only orders with full payment will be processed.

What are the payment methods accepted on the website?

We accept payments via debit card, credit card, Paypal or PayNow.

What are the shipping charges?

We will charge a flat fee of S$10 per order. If you wish to arrange for your own delivery, please choose the self-collect option and we will coordinate with you on the delivery of your order.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, you may. Our kitchens at Tampines and Fusionopolis are available for take-away and delivery. Please let us know if you prefer this option by choosing "Self-collect" upon check out. Drop us a message via Whatsapp at 91112218.

What are your returns and exchanges policies?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept and returns and exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

As we receive high volumes of order through the website and we labor through ensuring each customer receive their meals on time, we would like to request that you only proceed in confirming your purchase once you are sure. Order cancellations will cause a disruption to our service. You may cancel the order immediately after order placement but we will not be providing any refunds if the cancellation is done after the order is placed in our kitchen for preparation.
